THE CASE AGAINST LORD KRISHNA

A nun in Warsaw, Poland, filed a case against ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness). The case came up in court.
The nun remarked that ISKCON was spreading its activities and gaining followers in Poland. She wanted ISKCON banned because its followers were glorifying a character called Krishna "who had loose morals," having married 16,108 women.
The ISKCON defendant to the Judge: "Please ask the nun to repeat the oath she took when she was ordained as a nun."
The Judge asked the nun to recite the oath loudly. She would not.
The ISKCON man asked whether he could read out the oath for the nun.
Go ahead, said the judge.
The oath said in effect that 'she (the nun) is married to Jesus Christ'. The ISKCON man said, "Your Lordship! Lord Krishna is alleged to have 'married' 16,000 women. There are more than a million nuns who assert that they are married to Jesus Christ. Between the two, Krishna and the nuns, who has a loose character?"

The case was dismissed…

todays' PEACE.

आज तू क्योँ हुआ है अपनी कृति देखकर हैरान और परेशान ... ?

यह है अधम-अधर्मी-कुल्टित -चालबाज़

जिसने बदले में बनाया है तुम्हें पत्थर से भगवान्...

भगवान् आखिर तू ने क्योँ बनाया इंसान ........ ?

पत्थर सी कठोरता धारण की आज मानव मन ने ,

स्वार्थ-ईर्षा-वासना-संकीर्णता सभी भरे तन -बदन में ....

तभी तो छद्मी धन के लालच में प्राणों से प्रिय

माता-पिता-भाई -दोस्त के खून से हाथों को रंजित कर रहा....?

वर्ण भेद के नाम पर आज भी सवर्ण-हरिजन यों कत्लेआम करते जा रहे .... ?

भगवान् आखिर क्योँ तू ने बनाया इंसान ..... ?

मानव तू तो है नहीं इंसान बल्कि

तू है पथभ्रस्ट -दलित-कुल्टित दानव महान ....

आज खो गयी है इंसानियत और तो भूल गया भगवान् ...!

धर्म की आड़ में आज भगवन तू क्योँ बंदी बन गया .... ?

अब क्योँ अपने निर्माण पर फूट-फूट कर रोने पर विवश हो गया ....?

भगवान् आखिर क्योँ तू ने बनाया इंसान ..... ?

"कृष्ण" है यह विनती करता अपने आराद्य से,

बने यह देश अखंडित और लौट सके सच्ची इंसानियत ...!

निस्वार्थ-निष्काम-प्रेम-त्याग भावना से कर सके अपनी हैवानियत....!

हम स्वम पर ही करेंगे यह अहसान यदि फिर बन सके सच्चे इंसान ....!

फिर भी नहीं तो सर्वव्यापी-सदा सहाय -निर्बल के बलराम

आखिर क्योँ . क्योँ बनाया तुने दानव से बढकर पापी-अधम- निशाचर यह इंसान ?

रावण-दहन

बरसों  से  हम लगाते, रावण जी में आग |
लेकिन वह हर साल ही, जी जाता है घाघ ||
जी  जाता  है घाघ, और जोरों से हँसता |
गली, मोहल्ले, शहर, देश सब जगह वो बसता ||
कहे ' शून्य ' कविराय, मारना है यदि उसको |
पहले  अपने  भीतर  मारो, बैठ  गया जो ||

पानी!!

तुमको भी क़ैद कर लिया उन्होने मुट्ठी में तुम भी उनके कहने पर मिलते हो 
उनके कहने पर बिकते हो
और जब वे कहते हैं
बिजली बन दमकते हो
पहले तुम स्वच्छंद बादल बन घूमते थे
अपनी मर्ज़ी से गरजते थे
अपनी मर्ज़ी से बरसते थे
अपनी मर्ज़ी के मालिक थे पानी
उजाड़ देते थे बड़े-बड़े जंगल
महका देते थे वन, उपवन, वाटिकाएं
तुम जब आते थे
कृषक-बालायें उतारती थीं आरतियाँ
सजाती थीं कुंकुम
कृषक सम्हालते थे अपने औजार
चारों तरफ होती थी
तुम्हारी जय-जयकार
और जब रूठ जाते थे तुम
हाहाकार के बीच बाट जोहती
बैठी रहती थी धरती
बड़े-बड़े तालाब
बन जाते थे लकीरें आडी-तिरछी सी
तब तुम मालिक थे अपनी मर्ज़ी के पानी
कम-से-कम भेद तो नहीं था
कैसा भी तुम्हारे दिल में
जितना था सबके लिए
नहीं था तो किसी को नहीं
अब कहने को तो तुम हो
पर चलते हो उनकी मर्ज़ी से
संचालित है एक-एक बूँद
क़ैद तो क़ैद है
शरीर, मन या आत्मा
बोतल में बंद हो
या फिर बड़े टैंक में
या लोहे, सीमेंट, गारे से बने
विशाल जलाशयों में
क़ैद तो क़ैद है
फिर चाहे जितना चिंघाड़ो
या चाहे जितना गुर्राओ
वह बात कैसे आ सकती है पानी!
जो ज्वारभाटा के समय
लहरें बन कर आती थी
या उन चक्रवातों में
जिनमें बड़े-बड़े जंगी जहाज़
समूचे समा जाते थे
या फिर उन बादलों में
जिनकी टकराहट से
कांप-कांप जाती थी धरती
अब तुम कुछ भी नहीं हो पानी!
न ब्रह्मा, न विष्णु, न महेश
न सत्य, न शिव, न सुंदर
बस केवल घोड़े हो
मालिक के टाँगे के
जो दौड़ता है निरंतर
चाबुक की मार से
या फिर बैल हो कोल्हू के                
जो चलता है अनवरत
बिना दूरी तय किए
अब तुम कुछ भी नहीं हो पानी!
तुमको भी क़ैद कर लिया है
